A generation ago, Walter Kirkland had a desire to help keep families cool and comfortable throughout Charlotte. Utilizing his 20 years of experience in heating and cooling service, he founded Kirkland Air as a family-owned-and-operated company dedicated to providing the best service possible to families. Walter comes from an impressive line of AC specialists. His father is a heating contractor based in Jacksonville, Florida, and is also the largest GE dealer in the Southeast for the past 10 years.

From the beginning, Kirkland has strived for 100% customer satisfaction. This company was built on honesty, reliability, teamwork, consistency, and top-quality workmanship. All of our employees take a lot of pride in the quality of their work so we understand the difference between exceptional service and substandard service.

Our employees are trained to service and install your system right the first time, which prevents callbacks and adds to the longevity and reliability of your comfort system. We will do what it takes to keep our customers satisfied. If this means working late to complete a job, or taking a weekend call, we are here for your comfort needs.

Our factory-trained technicians are on call during weekday evenings and every Saturday and Sunday. 24-hour emergency services are available.
