Many thanks for having a certified contractors program and the training associated with it. Kirkland has obviously taken good advantage of your tech training and enhances it with their own in house procedures. The result for me was an outstanding job done promptly and economically. We had a Trane Heat Pump for 15 years. I have been very satisfied with it. I had some annual maintenance done by Shane from Kirkland. The heat pump never needed a repair until this spring. The fan motor failed so we decided to go with an all new system. Eddie gave a very through presentation. In 2 days in 95 degree weather, it took Kirkland 6 1/2 hours to install the new system. I am very pleased with Trane and Kirkland.
